Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of pintest.app, a service operated by bobbycodes.dev, a trade name of Dykes Ventures LLC. By creating an account or purchasing attempts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

pintest.app analyzes software binaries you upload to assess the strength of their license-check and copy-protection mechanisms. We return a report describing findings, severity, and remediation guidance. The service is provided for authorized security testing only.

This is an analysis service. We describe how a license check works and how it could be improved; we do not sell, promise, or provide a working bypass or crack, and a report does not guarantee that a bypass is possible.

3. Authorized Use Only

You may only upload software that you own or are expressly authorized to test. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit each binary for analysis. You may not use the service to circumvent access controls on software you do not own or lack authorization to test, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Attempts and Payment

The service is sold in attempt packs. Each analysis consumes one attempt, whether or not a weakness is found — you are paying for the analysis work, not for an outcome. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where a service error on our side caused the analysis to fail, in which case the attempt is returned to your account. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and this no-refund policy. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change.

6. Your Data

Uploaded binaries and generated reports are stored in Cloudflare object storage and are not retained locally. We process your data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service itself, its infrastructure, or other users' data. You may not resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will find every vulnerability or that reports are error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bobbycodes.dev, Dykes Ventures LLC, and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer

pintest.app provides security analysis and does not constitute legal advice. Reports are informational and do not replace professional security, legal, or engineering judgment. You are solely responsible for how you use the results.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
